Overview:

Pre-Date Screening (PDS) is a unique service designed for online daters who want extra peace of mind before meeting someone in person. When you’re considering an in-person date with someone you met online, PDS provides a quick, professional interview with your potential date, checking that they are genuine, serious, and match their online profile. This brief screening helps ensure your safety and confidence, so you can focus on making a great connection.

Charitable Benefit:

50% of proceeds from this service are sent to The International Rescue Committee to support their efforts to protect women's rights throughout the world. More about The IRC at https://rescue.org/outcome/women-girls.

How This Works:

  1. Before you arrange an in-person date, request a PDS interview first.

  2. Submit this form to contact me and submit your info.

  3. After the interview, I'll send you the video and you take it from there. Whether or not you decide to meet them in person, you do so with the benefit of a PDS report in-hand.

How Does This Help You?

  1. Assurance: A minimal $20 fee, paid by your potential date, assures you that they are serious about wanting to meet you. It's not enough to break the bank, but it's enough to weed our those who aren't serious.

  2. People lie: Are the photos in their profile real? Are they from 20 years ago? Are they even who they say the are? A video interview will reveal the truth.

Why Would a Potential Date Pay for This?

  1. Compassion: Dating is scary, and can even be dangerous. A potential date may want to give you the added assurance they they are representing themselves honestly.

  2. Compensation: If you end up connecting with this person, you can always show your appreciation for their openness by paying them back part of the PRS fee.

  3. Maybe they'll refuse: They can always say "no" to the interview. If so, you can do with that information whatever you choose.

Other Questions:

  1. Is this service only for women looking to date men? No, this is for anyone who wants to use it.

  2. I've been asked to contact you for an interview, and I don't want to! You don't have to. You are free to tell the person who asked you to contact us that you refuse.
